For more than a decade, my work has centred on helping people recognise the truth of what already exists within them, revealing hidden patterns, untapped potential, and the deeper architecture shaping their lives.

As this work has evolved, the same capacity for seeing underlying structure has expanded beyond individuals into ventures, solutions, ecosystems, and the environments expected to receive them.

Today, this work is expressed through Relational Coherence.

Relational Coherence explores the relationship between people, solutions, and the wider systems they interact with, bringing hidden influences, emerging pressures, and unrealised potential into view before their consequences begin to appear.

The Coherence Diagnostic is the structured assessment used to explore this field more deeply.
It provides decision clarity before commitment,
helping founders, innovators, investors, landholders, and organisations.

They can better understand what is supporting progress, what may be constraining it, and what deserves closer attention before significant time, capital, and resources are committed.
