TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TRADE
(Effective 12 November 2025)
1. Purpose and Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern all professional services provided by Josephine Sorciere (“the Practitioner”) through www.josephinesorciere.com, including but not limited to:
– The Coherence Diagnostic
– Initiation Sessions and extended private immersions
– Frequency-based mentoring, consulting, and diagnostic reports.
By accessing this website or engaging any service, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
All services are delivered in good faith, with the intention of supporting the Client’s personal or professional coherence.
Each engagement is bespoke, combining frequency-based methodologies, intuitive diagnostics, and written or verbal consultation.
The Practitioner is not a medical, legal, or financial advisor. Services are transformational and educational in nature.
3. Bookings & Payments
– Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an approved payment plan.
– Prices are listed in USD (or local equivalent with GST where applicable).
– Payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
– Payment may be made via secure bank transfer or an approved online payment system such as Stripe, PayPal, or Google Pay.
– Transaction and currency-conversion fees charged by third-party processors are the responsibility of the Client.
– Where a card payment is requested in lieu of bank transfer, a 5 % processing surcharge applies to cover merchant and exchange costs.
– All reports and materials are delivered electronically unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
– A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule any live consultation.
– Requests received later than this may be treated as a cancellation.
– If the Practitioner must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, a new time will be offered as soon as practicable.
5. Refunds & Service Progress
Because each process involves significant time, calibration, and preparation, all payments are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
(a) Initiation Sessions
– Payment is due in full at booking.
– Once session preparation has begun, no refunds or transfers are permitted.
(b) The Coherence Diagnostic
– The diagnostic is considered rendered in progress once the Phase 2 field reading has begun.
– No refunds are available after commencement due to the bespoke and energetic nature of this work.
(c) Three- or Six-Month Containers / Private Immersions
– Upon acceptance into a container and signing of the separate client agreement, the full fee or agreed payment plan is binding.
– No refunds or partial reimbursements are given for unused time, withdrawal, or change of circumstances once the container has begun.
– If the Client chooses to withdraw early, all outstanding payments under the agreed plan remain due.
– Where payments have been made in advance, a minimum of 40% of the total fee will be retained to cover preparation, time, and opportunity cost.
6. Confidentiality & Privacy
All information shared within sessions, diagnostics, or reports is held in strict confidence.
No personal or company names appear in diagnostic reports without written consent.
Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of delivering services and will never be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All written materials, diagnostic reports, website copy, and proprietary processes remain the intellectual property of Josephine Sorciere.
No part of this website, or any materials created by the Practitioner, may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or adapted without prior written consent.
Testimonials provided voluntarily may be used for marketing with the Client’s written permission.
8. Client Responsibility
Clients engage voluntarily and agree to participate with integrity, punctuality, and openness.
They remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results arising from the work.
These services do not replace professional advice in any medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic field.
9. Energetic Integrity & Termination
All engagements occur within a field of lawful coherence and mutual respect.
The Practitioner reserves the right to terminate an engagement if the integrity of the work is compromised or if the Client fails to meet agreed responsibilities.
In such cases, any refunds remain solely at the Practitioner’s discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, the Practitioner is not liable for any loss, injury, or consequential damages resulting from the use or interpretation of information provided.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Josephine Sorciere from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their participation in or reliance upon the services provided.
All services are undertaken at the Client’s discretion and risk.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
Any disputes shall be handled within that jurisdiction.
12. Acceptance
By booking or participating in any service, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
